You can pull the whole motor out complete. Done many of them. Also there is a coast guard mph governor on those. Hooked through gps etc. and that’s a rotax motor. Completely different from a can am motor

I know of 3 20'+ boats that tried to follow me out salt river in Crystal River in my old 14' flat bottom aluminum boat with an old 18 hp Evinrude on it. I only drafted about 10" on plane and at low tide, that's about all you had... The big boats would try and follow me out and you could hear the motors and hulls dragging bottom on those oyster beds... I tried to warn the first couple, but they never listened, cost them a bunch of money I'm sure!!! Good luck gentlemen :-)

are you guys wet installing those countersinks for the bottom cover? When the Hull is under pressure water is gonna walk right past those threads. 3M 4200. Expensive, but its the right stuff for thru hull work. Id hate to see you guys have water issues once your interiors all done.
