Hi Edd- some quickie questions for you- 1) What do you think about greasing threads to get proper torque and prevent corrosion? (and make things easier for the next mechanic) 2) Aren't you ever tempted to get a sandblasting cabinet to REALLY clean parts and paint them before you reinstall, just to tart things up a bit? So good watching Edd a true Mechanic who explains the repairs so well, and gives us all the confidence to have ago yourself at carry out repairs, just repaired my xtype 2ltr Turbo Diesel, Black smoke limp mode, changed turbo and injectors , no more limp mode, make shore you program the new injectors in, makes the world of difference in performance and power

I forget the vehicle you were working on way back when, but you had to fabricate some pieces in the footwell of a car that had some significant rust. Awesome to have you back Edd! If you could do a duramax or cummins build that would be awesome! 500 to 800hp duramax or basic 12valve cummins with transmission upgrades explained. diesels r awesome because they r multi-purpose vehicles towing, drag racing, truck sled pulling and its a daily driver!! I have a 85 chevy k5 blazer that i would like to put a cummins or duramax in someday and it would help motivate me if you did a diesel build!!👍👍👍👍👍 diesels and square body chevys are an addiction 🤘🤘🤘😄😄😄

Hi Ed Good to see you reviving yourself with new series. I watched all your wheeler dealer and you were very informative and detailed in repair. Watched first episode. Enjoyed it well done. Sorry to hear about your mother! I know how hard that hurts. My sympathies to you. Watched the first episode with my partner and she said Just waiting on a puppet springing up as he looks like a nice children presented. My idea is have a puppet that helps you repair small project for Kids to watch and bring him into your Adult shows. Have your merchandise with your face and puppet with slogan 'whos the puppet' . Have puppet say that slogan when you make a mistake cause everybody makes mistakes. The full of the country in school and adults Will be using that slogan when mistakes are made. I dont think you are after money or gimmicks. But this will make you recognised. Hopefully for fun and education. Not ridicule. Just a thought for your future. Call puppet Mike but dont put bruer on it so he cant Sue you for all the Cash youll make. Just a thought Alex

Glad to see you doing another nuts and bolts show. You are an excellent instructor and I've learned a lot from WD and similar shows like PowerNation and early Carfix. Unfortunately you are going to lose me if you begin to concentrate on electrifying vehicles and 3D printer stuff, I want nothing to do with those things personally.

Dear Edd, I'm sorry for your loss. It's not easy to lose a parent. To your new format... While I enjoy watching you wrenching, I can't look at how terrible you are with those carp sockets and the pos wrench... I understand that you have to make a living, but you could have chosen a "wrencher's" line of tools. I do enjoy using some of the Milwaukee powered tools, even so I'm moving toward something different with better ergonomics these days, their hand tools are simply terrible and I can tell by the way you hold them, that it's not exactly a match between you two. I loved to see you with your old red rubberized wrench (I have the same one in black and it's a 1991 purchase still working as I write (Proxxon Industrial is mine). You managed to get a show with decent + image quality, but it's more like a shopping-mall. Everything is a promotion and I honestly dislike that. Have a good one!
