So basically as I interpret, there is no conclusive answer as to if Dream cheated or not but rather a strong possibility that he did. For there are too many factors to also consider that may add to an ever increasing mountain of data and that even if it is statistically improbable for him to not have cheated as to how improbable it is to win the lottery so maybe that dream didn't cheat as to how a hobo wins a lottery. Personally, I think Dream should just break his record with first showing his mod folder before starting his run to lay this scandal to rest.
