IMO, you could paint the door handles like the color of the seats, or some dark red (like Ford's Ruby Red or something like that), that way the car will have some extra character. Also, painting the calipers with the same red tone, will be a great match for the car as well.

Don't paint the door inserts. Chrome is difficult to paint, and has to be ruined for paint to stick to it. Wrap them, if you like it, keep it on. If you don't, remove it. Also, the next owner may prefer the chrome, so using a car wrap is a win win.

I would not black out the handles. I could maybe see if something like carbon fiber inserts were available, but blacking them out takes something away as they add a nice touch to the otherwise black landscape of the car.

I did upvote the video but it would be interesting to see what percentage is spent talking and how much on actual work on the car. It just seems like a voiceover to explain the work as it's being shown would be a better use of the video than listening to a lengthy explanation of what's about to happen and then watching the actual work.

Why would you take the chrome handles on a six figure BMW and black them out like the all black handles on a $16k Nissan Versa? That's something a 16 year old would do.

Please don’t black out the handles, they are a nice highlight and they make it easier to find your door handles and behind the handles won’t get scratched up by fingernails looking for the handle.
