    You are doing the chins wrong. They have to be on a solid beam with no flex. They also have to be palms down and controlled.

    In my military days I remember doing in 2 min. 92 situps,105 push-ups and run 2 miles in 13:45, I was a slow runner since I am a bigger guy. US ARMY SAPPER!!(we lead the way 💪). Now I am disabled and fat🤣, got blown up and shot up in Iraq war,but still active on my dirtbike, by the way you guys make awesome videos I enjoy them a lot, Cheers!!!!

    Disappointing that. I think lots of people would like to see you do the tests strictly and properly - over hand grip pull-ups, with no leg movement, sit ups with hands at temples, lowering back to the floor with elbows touching the floor, press ups with elbows tucked into your sides and all done to the beep. I'd love to see you lads go down to the Commando Training Centre in Lympstone. Contact Sean Lerwill, I'm sure he can make it happen.

    I like the effort, but in the US, you have to do pullups vice curl ups (so overhand grip not underhand grip) and you aren't allowed to kip. For the situps you aren't allowed to let your hands leave your clavicle, your pushups were mostly solid but you aren't allowed to do that triangle press to stretch your shoulders while doing the exercise and you guys didn't do the run so no critique there. still enjoyed the video though, good effort boys!

    considering the other two guys are retired and one of them ripped his bicep muscle, surprised indeed Nile did not do so good... he is after all the only active athlete and from what I know free of injuries. He is also the lightest of them all, the shortest, the youngest and the one who should logically beat them all. You need to bring your game up mate, good luck!

    Think your gonna have to go to lympstone do that properly Nile! When you do it properly the instructor stands directly in front of you on the pull-ups and you cant touch him. And your tested after the run, and after youve done a circuit that’ll make a lot of people sick. Each rep is called out also. So you go to their timing.

    ?? 2 minutes 87 sit ups max? I do krav maga and 80 is the minimum to pass the belt exam. I did 110 sit ups in 2 minutes once, and I'm not even strong, I can't do a single tuck planche.

    No kipping is allowed when doing pull ups. Your lower body must stay completely still. When doing push-ups, put a fist on the ground and your body must touch that every time you go down. Also it’s a three part count. Start all the way down, push up, Then down ONE, up TWO, down THREE THATS ONE PUSH UP.

    Well from the intro I can tell that your pull-ups wouldn’t be allowed because you’re using your legs to boost you up in most of them. Edit: also the pull-ups are suppose to be over hand grip

    Hey Nile, I noticed the aerial straps in the back, you should actually try to do some hard skills on them (full twisting flares, one arm dislocates) I’d be curious to see how quickly you pick them up

      You shouldn’t do it on a bendy bar design to absorb energy, it makes it harder to pull up
