Stay away from rough country. 6.5 long arm. You need a good amount of lift to get decent size tires on them. I own one of these , pretty excited about this!

That 4.0 is one of the most dependable motors ever built by Chrysler. The rocker panels are the best I’ve seen in years and the interior is absolutely mint for what it is. As far as lift go midrange long arm kits and put some lockers in. You’ll never get stuck and you’ll go everywhere.

I would look at a rustys long arm lift, or a zone lift since it’s cheaper and made by bds, and I would also check if the head gasket was replaced because the 1999 to 2001 had the 0331 head which basically will always crack

The 4.0 and AW4 Trans in that jeep are good. 05 and up front Dana 60 out of Ford 350 and 14 Bolt rear. I am building the same thing in my YJ. I looking foward to the build and really enjoy the channel.
