Alternative for the hooks in chest trap? Put each hook through a link in the opposite hook's chains, then wrap it under your arms and around your back (or sit on it, though yor center of gravity is higher and therefore less secure), then do the rest of the trap as normal. Don't like the stand-on-the-hooks idea because the hooks don't look large enough to stand on securely, plus they might go through your foot :s
